Jack Breard

A firm with the depth and reach of our Urban group requires a leader with hands-on expertise in all aspects of specialty retail real estate. Jack Breard brings a wealth of experience to his position. Few people in the industry can match his years of success in mixed-use project leasing and specialty tenant representation. He has handled the following prestigious complex developments from the ground up: Southlake Town Square (Southlake, Texas), Mockingbird Station (Dallas, Texas), The Shops at Legacy (Plano, Texas), Park Lane (Dallas, Texas), Addison Circle (Addison, Texas) and The Shops at Highland Village (Highland Village, Texas). His tenant representation list is equally as impressive. He currently represents The Gap Concepts, The Limited Brands, Kirkland's Home, REI, Sur La Table, Fox Restaurant Concepts, California Pizza Kitchen (CPK), Crave, Front Burner Brands, FreeRange Concepts, Bassett Furniture and Total Wine.

Along the way, Jack has negotiated leases to bring Dallas/Fort Worth its first Urban Outfitters, Total Wine, Bowl & Barrel, Angelika Theatre, Virgin Records, American Apparel, Aveda Institute and Lifestyle Stores; and has also completed deals with many of the nation's best retailers and restaurants including The Container Store, Crate & Barrel, Williams- Sonoma, Talbot's, Chico's and Cantina Laredo to name a few.

Jack began his career with the Hopkins Shafer Company in 1990. He joined UCR as Director of Marketing in 1995 and later became Vice President. He left the company in 2000 to form a boutique brokerage firm serving lifestyle tenants and specialty projects. The growing demand for these services across America and the growing success of the Urban group led Jack to return to the firm in 2006.
